Tuesday - Friday :: 11am to 5pm Pacific Time
Saturday; 10 am to 3 pm
Office hours
Monday - Saturday : 9 am to 5 pm

Merchandise Returns

All returns have a restocking charge of 10% of the value of the merchandise for any reason other than error by Altamont Beads and Treasures employees. No returns after 30 days.

Payment Methods

 Domestic Mail Order
We will take Visa, Master Card, and C.O.D. (Fee applied on C.O.D.)

International Mail Order
Payment is required to be wire transfer.

Returned Checks
There is a $25.00 fee for returning checks.

Shipping Information

We will ship by Priority Mail unless requested by a different carrier, i.e. UPS or Federal Express We try to ship orders on the same day recieved but orders recieved after 3:00 PM are likely to be processed the next day.

Insurance

We do not require that you have your package insured, however, if your package is lost or damaged during transit we are not reponsible for covering the cost of the loss or damage. The US Post Office has insurace availible at an extra cost. UPS will automatically insure up to $100.00, but there will be a fee to cover insurance on pakages above $100.00 in value.
